This is a great alternative to a traditional white light LED flashlight. There are high power white LED that cast a very distinctive cone of light with a very good range - 10meters. The size of the light allows it to fit its crenulated end-cap helps keep it from rolling around when places on a flat surface. Anodized aluminum housing and the special design in the center section all give it a good grip. The on/off switch is on the end cap/middle section and it uses 3*AAA.
